Swimming Lessons and Classes

East Bay Camp provides Red Cross Swimming Lessons for children, youth, and adults.  Pre-registration is required.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.   Pre-register by calling 309-365-7531 or emailing eastbay@igrc.org.

 

East Bay Camp’s

Red Cross Swimming Lessons

and Aquatics Membership

Lessons are 30 minutes once a week for 8 weeks.  Cost is $65.00 per student.

Parent/Tot:  A class for infants and toddlers to acclimate them to the water.  A parent must accompany their child in the pool during this class.

6 months – 2 years

30-minute time slots from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Please call for class placement.

Preschool Aquatics 3 – 5 years old

Pre-registration is required.

Level 1:  Helps children become comfortable in the water and basic water safety

Level 2:  Introduces fundamental skills such as kicking.

No walk-ins will be accepted.

Learn to swim ages 6 – adults

Cost:  $65.00 for the 8-week session

Level 1:  Introduction to water skills. No water experience and willing to work with instructor.

Location: Classes are held in the indoor pool at

Level 2:  Fundamental Aquatic. Skills or successfully completed level 1.
